We are happy to announce that as a result of the continuous patronage we have received from our guests, icebeards Wild Flower Retreat has received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2018. We sincerely thank all our guests for their reviews and feedback. Most of the time there were praises and at times the feedback were unforgiving. We have made amends and improvements based on the feedback and it has helped us to be better at serving you. Naturally, we appreciate it all and take it in our stride.
While we continue our journey towards excellence, we are also trying very hard to maintain a balance between meeting our guest’s expectations and maintaining an ecological balance. Sometimes we fall short, and that is when we sincerely hope that others understand.
